About Carolina Saltwater!
Bring your family for a day of fun on the ocean or buckle down for some serious offshore fishing -- Carolina Saltwater has a fishing adventure for the expert or for the novice. Charters range from half-day, near-shore excursions to all-day gulf stream expeditions to quiet sunset cruises on the Waterway. Whatever your pleasure, we provide our guests with a great time on the water as well as some friendly knowledge of living and fishing on the Carolina coast.
The Carolina Saltwater is a 27-foot, center-console Polar, powered by twin Yamaha 225 4-stroke outboards. Onboard equipment far exceeds Coast Guard regulations and includes the latest Garmin GPS, XM Satellite weather, VHS radio, and Globalfix EPIRB.
The Carolina Saltwater is docked at Sharky's at Ocean Isle Beach, NC, just over the bridge and on the left.
About Captain Tres
Captain Tres Kirkland is a well known Ocean Isle Beach resident and has fished the Carolina coast throughout his life. Capt. Tres (trace) is a US Coast Guard licensed captain and commercial fisherman and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is also is a former collegiate & professional golfer.

Wack attack!!!!!!!!!!!! (11/09/09) -- Both Sat. and Sun were steady, with several double hookups and good action. Not to mention the ocean was perfect. However Monday morning was quite sloppy.
